Meet Tovara:
“I am a warrior that got stuck in a hole, cycle, broken record of self demise and self pity. I was stuck (coaches get stuck too).
I’ve made changes in my life that I am proud of. Changes that have let my body let go of weight that I have been holding on to for years. Weight that I gained from over consuming food while depressed, lonely, and bored.
I actively choose NOW to fuel my body with foods that make me feel good which - GUESS WHAT- also includes pasta, pizza and cake, not daily but it’s in there. I have learned not to just eat for today but eat for my future self. The one who is STRONG, who weight trains multiple times a week, who hikes with her dog and partner daily, who explores what life has to offer.
I move my body in a way that supports my current AND future self. To stay mobile for my parents and family. To keep my heart, lungs, organs, muscles, bones and skin healthy and thriving for years to come.
I have not always loved the body that I have lived in, but I now choose daily to make the choices that support her in this life and for her life. I love the body I am in AND I am seeking change, both can be true.
This is what I help my clients do. Build the framework for what a healthful life is. NO diets, NOT short term, but lifelong changes for lifelong health and strength.
With these shifts and changes I have lost body fat and shifted my form. If that is your desire I can help with that. If you want to fuel for day to day life with strength and mobility we can do that too.
I am someone who can be honest about where I came from. I am STILL on this journey. I am not perfect. I still have work to do. But I will never give up on myself, and I won’t give up on your either.”
“Words to describe Tovara? Compassionate, Driven, Dedicated. Tovara consistently shows up for me, always challenging me to show up for myself and grow. She leads by example yet knows that she can learn something from everyone. She is truly an exceptional coach, friend and human being.”
